By using rwatracker.app ("RWA Tracker", "the site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only, not investment advice

Everything on the site, including data, rankings, comparisons, guides and reports, is general information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset or security. Many tokenized assets are only available to certain investors or in certain countries. Do your own research, read the issuer's documents, and consult a qualified adviser before making decisions.

Accuracy of data

Figures are estimates compiled from public sources, mainly DefiLlama and CoinGecko, plus issuers' own published material. They can be incomplete, delayed, revised or wrong, and sources can change or stop publishing data without notice. The site and its data are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. See themethodology for how figures are produced, and email corrections@rwatracker.app if you spot an error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RWA Tracker and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including investment losses.

Reusing our content and data

• RWA Tracker's own work (our compilation of the dataset, the daily history we record, our charts, guides and glossary) may be reused under CC BY 4.0: credit "RWA Tracker (rwatracker.app)" and link to the page you used.
• Figures that come from third parties, such as DefiLlama values and CoinGecko prices and market caps, remain subject to those providers' own terms. Check them before redistributing raw figures at scale.
• Issuer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the assets.

Links to other sites

The site links to issuers, data providers and other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to disrupt the site or overload it. Use the data downloads rather than scraping pages at high volume.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
