Accredited investor
In US securities law, an individual or entity that meets income, net worth or professional tests and may invest in private offerings.
Individuals qualify with income over $200,000 ($300,000 jointly) in each of the last two years, or a net worth over $1 million excluding their main home, or certain securities licenses. Many tokenized funds sold under Regulation D are limited to accredited investors.
